Job Description

Calling all Art Directors with a passion for creating engaging design, with a focus on social and brand egnagement, for an exciting full time role. In this role you will be leading the visual charge for social and digital brand projects with a growing agency. In order to be considered for this role you MUST have a proven track record of leading design campaigns for social, video, and brand engagement within an agency. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the conception, design, and execution of digital visuals to be used in online advertising, digital marketing, and even print advertising
  • Develop results-oriented strategic plans and developing ideas to expand programs which result in superior creative and marketing deliverables for our clients
  • Collaborate with and provide guidance and direction to the senior digital designer.
  • Develop creative campaigns for regional and national brands across multiple channels
  • Work independently and in a team-oriented environment with the ability to effectively communicate and present design concepts and ideas
  • Stay current with new design trends, brings fresh ideas(design trends, new technologies)
  • Ensure all work meets agency and/or client brand guidelines and standards
  • Assist with new business and client presentations as requested
  • Mentor and coach Senior Digital Designer
  • Communicate project status, deadline concerns to  project manager as necessary

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; in graphic design, marketing  or communications.
  • 7 or more years agency experience
  • Highly skilled in Creative Suite (Premier and Final Cut Pro a plus)
  • Deep knowledge of digital tools, trends, and styles and well as advertising and design styles
  • Experience concepting content for social feeds (still, animated, etc) and who stays up to date on current social trends.
  • Portfolio that shows a variety of digital and animation projects, along with a range of design styles, diversity of projects and clear personal aesthetic
