The Digital Account Manger will grow client's advertising efforts while ensuring their needs are met and the appropriate media strategies are in place. The responsibilities include daily client management, media strategy & planning, ad tech auditing, project management and growing key accounts. The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating complex ad technology/media strategies to all levels of an organization, creating client proposals, project timelines, managing deliverables and budgets.
Manage the overall success of clients by ensuring their campaigns deliver and their needs are being exceeded.
Deliver exceptional customer service and develop accounts by looking for opportunities to grow both their business and ours.
Lead and manage client proposals, programmatic media strategies and translate complex technical advertising terms to varying levels of clients.
Work with the performance team to ensure campaign success across multiple programmatic media channels such as display, video, paid social, native, digital radio, ppc and more across all devices.
Foster client relationships: manage, understand and help prioritize day-to-day client requests and deliverables and ensure they get done on time and the client is happy.
Create and maintain project plans, team assignments, requests and budgets across multiple departments.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years of digital/programmatic media is required.
4+ years of account or client management experience is preferred.
Experience managing a team
Experience working with different ad tech and marketing platforms is a must.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple, high priority assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to think creatively to contribute ideas that will drive value in a dynamic, client-centered environment.
Must have an effective solution and problem solving skill mindset
