Job Description

The Regional Digital Consultant provides digital support and serves as the SME for Digital Marketing policies and procedures.  The ideal candidate trains and supports dealership staff and management on leveraging and growing the overall Digital Marketing Program.   

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert to regionally assigned Dealerships, including the establishing, training and maintaining of relationships, and ongoing training regarding Digital Marketing Programs. 
  • Analyze and provide reporting on Program activities and dealership progress and performance, and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver trainings and presentations to Dealership staff both in large settings and one on one environments. 
  • This includes ongoing trainings as initiatives, trends and metrics evolve.
  • Review dealership websites, including overall presentation and traffic and provide suggestions for improvements in order to increase Digital Marketing performance and conversion rates.
  • Act as the first point of contact for any Digital Marketing questions or concerns.
  • Actively engage with Dealerships through visits, as well as phone and email communications to ensure their programs are running smoothly.
  • Regional travel will be required.

Background:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or 3+ years of experience in a Marketing, E-Commerce or CRM driven role is required.
  • Previous Digital Marketing experience, including analyzing website performance, reviewing metrics, and increasing conversion rates Automotive experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work with a variety of team members, including those not familiar with Digital Marketing and provide clear, concise training, mentoring and direction
  • Experience developing reports and analysis of key performance metrics and indicators
  • Ability to develop strong, ongoing relationships through in-person visits, phone calls, and email
  • Presentation experience, delivering trainings to groups over 100 people at times.
  • Must be able to travel up to 75% for role through established region, and also work both independently as well as remotely.
  • Strong aptitude in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • People person who enjoys improving upon processes and enabling others to succeed.
