Job Description

A creative studio in the Flatiron District is seeking a Project Manager to join their team! ​

  • Reports into: Director of Client Operations
  • Team: 2 senior PMs, 1 Lead PM (below Senior), 1 PM and 1 Associate PM
  • all PM’s work on everything. they don’t assign accounts to specific people. gives the opportunity to work on a variety of clients.
  • majority of work is with American Express, Sephora, Leading Hotels of the World, UiPath (a tech company) and some other smaller brands
  • print + digital
  • 4-5 years experience
  • Interview process: Phone screen, 30 minute max , 2-3 rounds of reviews, 1-2 hour sessions. 
  • Benefits : 4% 401K match, 2 weeks vaca, 1 week personal, week off holidays, Summer Fridays, Health insurance 
  • Business Hours: 9a-6p

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

An inspired, detail-oriented Project Manager to help manage the day-to-day activity of various client engagements.

WHO YOU ARE

  • College graduate with a bachelor’s degree or comparable professional training
  • Project management professional with 4–5 years of relevant print and digital experience who has led integrated projects at the campaign level
  • Tech-savvy leader with experience in the development of websites and a strong understanding of web development technologies
  • Knowledgeable collaborator with a deep understanding of responsive design and the development process, particularly mobile-first best practices
  • Experienced print expert with a solid understanding of various print form factors (e.g., direct mail, packaging, stationery, and signage), processes, and techniques
  • Excellent communicator with superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly efficient worker with excellent customer service, management, motivational, and negotiation skills
  • Organizational wizard and expert multi-tasker with the ability to remain calm and enthusiastic in a deadline-driven environment
  • Energetic self-starter with an all-hands-on-deck mindset who is willing to pitch in whenever and wherever necessary and thrives on a tight-knit team

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through all stages of a project, including scope, development, execution, and delivery
  • Work with the director of project management and creative teams to deliver successful print and digital projects
  • Manage day-to-day communication with multiple clients across several projects
  • Create and manage schedules and budgets for projects of varying sizes, from banner executions to complex interactive websites
  • Provide clear, concise briefings to staff
  • Schedule and lead client meetings and presentations
  • Develop and implement strategies for problem solving in response to unexpected circumstances or to streamline workflow
