Job Description


  • Execute email marketing campaigns for a coalition of partners representing the fuel, retail, travel, financial, insurance, hospitality and entertainment industries
  • Deliver production support (build, edit, test, and deploy) for all assigned email production, including dynamic messaging and personalization
  • Maintain necessary processes, controls and procedures to ensure campaigns are being deployed on time and without error
  • Collaborate with marketing/B.I. teams to design and apply data segmentation rules for campaign testing, tracking and reporting of established key performance indicators
  • Understand CAN-SPAM and e-mail regulatory compliance
  • Understand Internet infrastructure, including the concepts of network connectivity
  • Leverage all ESP capabilities to successfully deploy campaigns, create reports and manage subscriber lists
  • Promote and develop a holistic, data-driven approach that supports our Members with the resources for successful and on-going participation in the Fuel Rewards program, while remaining agile and innovative
  • Be able to manage taskflow without the need to rely on a Project Management platform
  • Be able to show coding samples and/or portfolio 


  • 2+ years hands-on email production experience is required
  • Fluent in HTML/CSS, hand-coding skills required
  • Proficiency with Photoshop required, Illustrator and InDesign plus
  • Must have an understanding of the methodologies to create email communications as well as hands on experience
  • MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, etc.)
  • Experience with ESP strongly desired
  • Ability to set up and configure emails with dynamic content and personalized data
  • Dynamic scripting experience a plus


High school diploma, college degree preferred
