Job Description

Purpose: Drive the creation, development and execution of the digital marketing plan covering all performance-based marketing ie: paid social, search, brand website, affiliate marketing as well as the translation of marketing campaigns into digital marketing campaigns. Track & analyze performance to constantly improve brand online presence and drive qualify leads to make bookings on the website.

Key Responsibilities / What You Will Be Doing

Oversee and develop customer b2c customer acquisition programs:

  • Work with digital agency and marketing team to lead and build an effective digital marketing plan in line with the business and brand strategy
  • Manage & maintain strategies to drive qualified online traffic using paid search, SEO, PPC, retargeting, programmatic, mobile marketing, etc.
  • Measure, report, and optimize performance of digital marketing campaigns using vendor dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports
  • Managing strategies and implementation of multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads for the B2C channel
  • Define Customer Cohort Strategies and develop targeted campaigns for critical segments
  • Tracking, reporting & analysis - deliver regular reports on online performance to the business and conversion rates to make improvements to site to improve booking conversion and lead capture.
  • Analysis and owner of all 3rd party platforms to drive sales; platforms include Bounce Exchange, Feefo Reviews, Mix Panel, Crazy Egg, Olapic
  • Work with data analysis team to test paid acquisition channels
  • Manages digital marketing acquisition budget
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing (and social media) trends and potential new channels/platforms.



  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with direct ROI experience
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office applications and Google Analytics
  • SEO strategy experience and familiar with seo content tools such as Screaming Frog, Moz or SEMRush. 
  • Experience managing digital creative and knows best practices for messaging depending on new or return visitor
  • Experience in Google Analytics to meet marking goals is a MUST.
  • Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner
  • Experience across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube)
  • Goal-orientated, self-motivated, excellent communication skills and focused
  • Deep working knowledge of various paid digital marketing channels
  • Analytical mindset with up-to-date understanding of industry trends/developments, a nice to have but not a must
  • Strong collaborative skills with ability to multitask while delivering against aggressive deadlines
  • Being an exceptional communicator about potential barriers to bookings
  • Self-directed to manage priority workload is A MUST.
