Job Description

Our client is in need of a talented Email Marketing Manager to take the lead with our email marketing strategies. Your main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases, creating newsletters and lead nurturing drip campaigns.  As an Email marketing manager, your role is to reach leads and customers through email campaigns.


  • Manage, design and implement the company's email campaigns 
  • Communicate company brands through email marketing 
  • Trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales
  • Carry out segmentation of the database and implement remarketing strategies
  • Identify target audience to grow email list 
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling 
  • Ensure mobile-friendly email templates 
  • Write newsletters including all company updates 
  • Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
  • Create email databases and drip campaigns for lead generation 
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements 
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts 
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practice 
  • A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective
  • Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements         


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing desired or equivalent degree and work experience
  • Minimum five years experience in an email marketing position 
  • Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems including sales force marketing cloud
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology 
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics 
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools 
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • An ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Minimum 2 years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience including setting up journeys, building creative templates and emails and ability to run reports from the platform to report in metrics.  Must also have photoshop experience.
