Job Description


This designer role is focused on social posting within templated formats as well as supporting new iniatives/creative by the Strategy team under which the role will work. 

This team primary focus is in challenging creative to reach new heights, to solve for the “why” and to function as an in-house think tank. 

A slick, modern portfolio. Samples of social work that is 1) original to their own conceptual work 2) shows both one-off and campaign suite and 3) a respect and attention to brand standards. 

PLUS on the resume: a bachelor’s degree in design, 3+ years experience, with experience particular to the social space in BOTH their personal and professional life. 

A Social Media Designer who is extremely detail-oriented and passionate about branding standards 

Ability to juggle a massive amount of different projects and deliverables with a quick turnaround 

This individual should not only have the ability to work

All social media design prjects 

In addition to the top three requirements above… 

Indesign, illustrator, photoshop and after effects animation. 

They must have an eagerness for the brand, and tactful eye for reflecting that in every design. 

They are proactive about necessary changes for the enhancement of every design to the best of modern examples. 

They are engaged, swift, and accurate in their application of design to better the brand, business goals, and the design needs of the company. 

Other requirements include: 

• Team player with ability to work with diverse personality types to meet time sensitive deadlines. 

• Demonstrated understanding of social media design 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 

Very collaborative and open environment, recently went through a successful merger, lots of ongoing projects—not an ad hoc project situation for a freelancer.
