Job Description

Produce and execute paid media and advertising campaigns across multiple channels. 

Work with internal design unit on creative and act as day-to-day contact with paid media agency that runs our Adwords, Bing, and other advertising accounts. 

Monitor and analyze channel performance including ecommerce sales, offline sales, ROI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics. 

Coordinate and traffic internal and third-party ASCD.org advertising within the Marketing group and through our partner agency reseller, monitor campaign performance, and maintain relationship with ad network. 




Working knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals including creative development, budgeting, keyword and segment targeting, bid types, and reporting. 

Working knowledge of basic principles of usability and functionality for various types of digital media and user-friendly web technologies, user interfaces, and design hierarchy is essential. 

Conversion optimization and landing page testing using tools such as Adobe Test & Target, Optimizely, and Crazy EggWorking knowledge of ecommerce. 

Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis; ability to manage a marketing budget. 
 

A four-year college degree in a relevant field of study is preferred.
