Job Description

Reporting directly to the Art Director, the Senior Graphic Designer will work directly with the Creative Design and Marketing teams to concept, design, develop, and implement all print, digital, or video related marketing materials and communications that support the brand strategy. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading projects in the department as assigned to work towards fulfillment of brands needs in line to build equity, maximize revenue and support strategy. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Participates in and leads when assigned the creative process by presenting well-developed and strategic creative solutions to meet all project objectives 
  • Responsible for conceptualizing and designing complex projects with high accuracy 
  • Develop, design and execute all print related marketing materials as briefed 
  • Design dramatic and eye-catching graphic solutions to communicate the brand message in all print related avenues 
  • Responsible for all aspects of projects (including die line structures, logo design, typography, color studies, photo retouching, preparing files to printer/ vendor) 
  • Assist in planning and art directing photo shoots 
  • Assists in photoshoot art direction and scheduling, and image retouching 
  • Lead junior designers on the team as assigned to develop and design visual communication materials that support the brand strategy and external vendors 
  • Consistently research, identify and share current industry design trends and competitive reviews as they relate to the brand 
  • Prepares prototypes and designs for brand presentations 
  • Performs other duties as assigned 

Client Description:

CPG/Lifestyle Brand


  • Minimum 5 - 7 years related work experience in graphic design/MarCom across digital, trade and brand. 
  • Standout portfolio/body of work
  • Must have experience in print, POP & retail/CPG 
  • Print production, packaging, POP & retail/CPG and structural packaging experience a must 
  • Proficient in all design related programs. Intimate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and expert knowledge in Macintosh platform. 
  • Experience with Powerpoint is a plus. 
  • Experience working with and/or art directing product photography preferred 
  • Experience working with packaging engineers for implementation of designs and transfer of visual assets preferred 
  • Must possess excellent comping skills and have the ability to track comping deadlines 
  • Digital production experience a plus
