The Director of Marketing will be expected to lead the company’s strategy and vision while delivering a marketing plan that drives new awareness, engages previous users, supports client dealer network and provides a first-class member experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Remain strategic, tactical and results oriented, in that order.
Develop marketing plans and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve goals.
Provide direction and management of market research and competitor analysis. Ensure that the department regularly conducts relevant market research. Monitor trends.
Ensure department is delivering quality materials on time to stakeholders.
Track, measure and analyze marketing performance.
Enhance department processes that increase efficiencies and accuracies.
Provide strategic guidance for the creative direction of all marketing initiatives.
Help to source and engage new third-party relationships.
Provide over-site to the development and implementation of the companies PR, social and digital marketing strategies.
Provide input and support to the company’s leadership in the development of partnership arrangements.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated experience and leadership in managing comprehensive strategic marketing and communications program to advance an organization’s mission and goals.
Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and output.
Experience in mentoring, and coaching a team of marketing and communications professionals
Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs.
Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive team leader.
Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Minimum five years in a senior management role either in-house or with an agency
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is required, advanced degree is preferred
