Job Description

​The Director of Marketing ​will be expected to lead the company’s strategy and vision while delivering a marketing plan that drives new awareness, engages previous users, supports ​client dealer network and provides a first-class member experience.



 Remain strategic, tactical and results oriented, in that order.

 Develop marketing plans and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve goals.

 Provide direction and management of market research and competitor analysis. Ensure that the department regularly conducts relevant market research. Monitor trends.

 Ensure department is delivering quality materials on time to stakeholders.

 Track, measure and analyze marketing performance.

 Enhance department processes that increase efficiencies and accuracies.

 Provide strategic guidance for the creative direction of all marketing initiatives.

 Help to source and engage new third-party relationships.

 Provide over​-​site to the development and implementation of the compan​ie​s PR, social and digital marketing strategies.

 Provide input and support to the company’s leadership in the development of partnership arrangements.



 Demonstrated experience and leadership in managing comprehensive strategic marketing and communications program to advance an organization’s mission and goals.

 Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and output.

 Experience in mentoring, and coaching a team of marketing and communications professionals

 Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.

 Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.

 Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs.

 Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive team leader.

 Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.

 Outstanding time management and attention to detail.

 Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker.

 Depth of knowledge with marketing technologies.

 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.



 Minimum five years in a senior management role either in-house or with an agency

 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is required, advanced degree is preferred
