Vitamin T has partnered with a company within the financial services that is looking for a Presentation Designer. This person will a member of the Marketing Events team and would be responsible for the conceptualization, design, and production of conference presentations. This role collaborates with presenters as well as the rest of the marketing department to create and produce compelling event presentations. The candidate must have the ability to work creatively within a corporate brand in a fast-paced environment and understand the broader communication needs for high end financial events.


  • Designs and animates PowerPoint slides for on-screen event presentations
  • Collaborates with speakers to create or improve their presentations
  • Displays exceptional customer service skills and helps foster an environment of teamwork
  • Maintains brand standards and consistency of message and design across presentation materials
  • Works on multiple assignments with competing deadlines
  • Takes direction from Design, Events, Client and Corporate Communications teams to improve and develop slides
  • Develops data visualizations, formats numerical data, charts, text, photographs, and other visual graphic elements
  • Reviews work for accuracy of typing, layout, consistency, and format
  • Routes marketing collateral through Legal and Compliance for approvals and makes necessary revisions
  • Maintains version control through the tracking of drafts as they progress to a final version
  • Ensure proper prioritization, meet all established deadlines, and proactively resolve issues that may impact the success of active projects


  • Expert in print production software: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to translate and simplify complex data through information graphics, charts, and graphs
  • Excellent oral, presentation, and communications skills and a professional client service mind-set
  • Must be highly organized and results oriented
  • Must be process-driven, but flexible
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills, especially in situations involving consensus and team building, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a marketing or creative environment
  • Background in the financial services industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in marketing, communications, design, and/or advertising, with a focus on internal communications and/or brand management
