Lead Creative Designer

Our client are a leading British fashion retailer with over 100 years of heritage, providing smart and casual wear for both men and women, they boast a number of high profile customers, including royalty and Hollywood’s elite. Our client continue to uphold the tradition of their brand, while keeping up with modern advancements in technology and consumerism.
Our client are looking for a Senior Creative Designer, ideally with previous experience leading small teams. This is working in a collaborative environment where you will have a great amount of freedom to bring your knowledge and experience to the table and build projects from the ground up. Working within and leading an intimate and talented team of creatives, you will be encouraged to push creative thinking and execute ideas across multiple channels, including print, digital, social and in-store. As the Lead Designer, you will wear many hats and be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the studio, including overseeing photoshoots, creative concepts, social media strategy as well as hands of design of deliverables. Anything creative that contributes to the development and growth of the company, you will be there.
As a Designer you will be comfortable challenging the norm and not afraid to question current methods and practices when you see a better option available. You’ll have an excellent knowledge of design processes across both print and digital, as well as an understanding of UX principles.
Skills & Experience
You will be a top Designer with previous experience working in a creative capacity for a leading fashion brand. You will be able to showcase a portfolio full of design solutions across different deliverables. You will have an excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite as well as Sketch for digital jobs. You will be a natural leader and a confident individual capable of leading strong teams to do even better things.

- Strong leadership skills
- Previous experience within a luxury/formal wear company desired
- Excellent Design skills
- Comfortable taking a project from scratch right through to delivery
- Good knowledge of Social Media
- High attention to detail
- Strong conceptual skills
- Able to take direction and liaise with company stakeholders
