Work at the concept level and help lead brainstorms and provide creative ideas for 360 campaigns.
Launch/manage the campaigns, playing both strategic and executional role.
Work cross-functionally to understand ecommerce, retail and international business plans.
Extremely knowledgeable about email, social media, influencers, digital landscape.
Not creating everyone’s individual plans. Taking all the strategies and needs and turning it into a cohesive plan. Negotiating with the team members and synthesizing it. On budget, on time, and realistic, in terms of getting it executed. Responsible for reworking everything if there is a shift in plans.
Communication of executive feedback; aligning with executive stakeholders to ensure feedback is communicated to team and that any changes are visible / scaled across the team.
Partner with PM to ensure creative deliverables are on-brief and on time.
