Job Description

As a Digital Media Analyst, you'll work with some of the world's most recognized brands and play a key role in managing paid media campaigns.  You'll analyze data, execute campaign strategies, assess marketing performance and work with a team of creative and innovative professionals!

He/she will provide data and reporting to inform decision-making on a variety of digital platforms (e.g. social, display, web, paid search, email, etc.). This position will work closely with the Digital Media Team in support of growing the engagement and efficiency of the digital platforms. 




  • Report digital audiences for client by producing, maintaining, and publishing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual analyses of various digital platform metrics, along with supporting data sets
  • Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy. 
  • Responsible for analyzing and interpreting trends, and providing actionable insights
  • Manage all requirements and campaign tracking parameters across digital channels 
  • Developing custom marketing dashboard concepts for client reporting via Excel 
  • Performing ad-hoc analytics for clients upon request 
  • Assess, clean, process, and maintain data and databases that support budgeting, reporting, and analysis functions as it relates to digital campaigns 
  • Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different media campaigns 
  • Communicate regularly on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis with account service teams.


Requirements for Consideration


  • 2+ years of experience of digital analytics and campaign reporting
  • Bachelors’ Degree in marketing or advertising 
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data.
  • Experienced in building dashboards and reports from scratch, and presenting analyses to management 
  • At least one year of experience managing databases is preferred 
  • Possess strong technical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
  • Tools/Software Experience: 
  • Experience with a BI/Visual Analytics Tool (Tableau) is a must 
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with a SQL/database toolset (SQL Server, MySQL) is preferred 
  • Analytics platforms; Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook 
  • Experience with Programmatic Display, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and using industry standard tools like Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics.
