Our retail client is seeking a dynamic Digital Acquisition Manager to drive digital strategy and develop, launch and refine paid digital media and paid social campaigns to acquire net new customers via their ecommerce site. This person will be responsible for spearheading the effort to drive awareness and acquisition of new clients outside of the pacific northwest. This person will own other programs, executed through paid channels, to influence the customer lifecycle (e.g. remarketing and retargeting to existing customers). Lastly, this role will own ecommerce analytics and reporting to measure and report the health of the business, all digital marketing channels (email, organic, paid digital and paid social), and derive insights to drive business goals. The right person will be obsessed with the customer experience, data-driven and have demonstrated deep experience deriving insights from data to drive performance of digital campaigns.

•Work with ecommerce web manager and graphic designers to build targeted and effective display ads, landing pages and other creative assets used in acquisition campaigns.
•Lead internal and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and creative assets are utilized correctly.
•Continually test and optimize evergreen and seasonal campaigns to maintain and improve performance.
•Manage budget effectively (ROI, budget status, etc.), diversifying campaign spend appropriately to maximize KPIs on an ongoing basis.
•Analyze, create, and regularly present reports that present the health of the ecommerce business and traffic-driving digital channels (email, paid media, paid social, organic social, etc.) and present insights derived from data
•Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the digital marketing space; recommending and implementing strategies which can benefit campaigns.
•5+ years of work experience managing PPC/Search, Social and Display campaigns.
•Deep experience on Google and Bing marketing platforms and deep optimization analysis skills.
•Analytics expertise and knowledge of 3rd party tools for digital account management or optimization – Google Analytics, Magento BI, Optimizely, Adroll, etc.
