Job Description

Vitamin T is searching for a talented Writer/Content Strategist to join the marketing team of an amazing non-profit organization in the metro Detroit area. This exciting opportunity is full-time, temporary to hire for the right candidate. 

About this position: 


The Writer/Content Strategist is responsible for creating exceptional written material for the organizations core marketing channels, including print advertisements, emails, collateral material, and 
direct mail. You will be conveying the voice of our brand by creating communications that are fresh, authentic and compelling. The Writer/Content Strategist is also responsible for developing new strategic 
and tactical approaches for reaching and connecting with our client's audience, using a variety of offline and online media. This position also manages social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter and 
Instagram, ensuring that the content is engaging and supportive of our client's mission.

Required skills: 

  • BA degree at a minimum, 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, social medical and/or writing 
  • Exceptional written communication skills 
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills 
  • Detail oriented, effective time manager with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a demanding work environment
