Vitamin T is looking for a Marketing Generalist to step in and help our client with a variety of task including managing a handful of key events! In this role, you will take the lead on client and customer events coordinating closely with sales and marketing.
Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning.
Assist in graphic design of digital and print assets.
Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors, and managing take-down.
Build and adhere to an event budget to avoid project overruns.
Track event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future events.
Attentive to the value of staying under budget while planning event specifications.
Communicating with the marketing team to create effective advertisements for each event.
Strong communication skills, and the ability to present event ideas and plans to client and vendors.
Develop a strategy for future client and customer events to maximize value.
Ability to work independently
Proficient in Adobe suite
Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners
Experience coordinating large-scale & small-scale events
Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or related areas
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Duration of Project: 6-8 months (could become permanent for the right fit)
