Job Description

- On-site in Chicago, IL or Montvale, NJ 

– Marketing Performance & Optimization Team 
 Operate as part of our Campaign Performance & Optimization group; a branch of the integrated 
Campaign Enablement & Operations team supporting marketing campaign planning, execution, 
tracking and optimization 
 Build key data sets to empower operational and exploratory analysis 
 Help implement Adobe Analytics and Tag Management via Adobe Launch for several affiliate sites 
and applications that report to a single global report suite 
 Maintain documentation via an Adobe Analytics SDR (Solutions Design Reference) and Atlassian 
 Work with stakeholders to interpret business needs and translate to tactical analytics requirements 
 Create business rules and models for audience segmentation, persona identification and campaign 
engagement scores. 
 Implement analytics solutions to meet data collection and reporting needs using Adobe Analytics; 
Manage technical validation of digital analytics implementations 
 Perform data visualization to explore un-hypothesized trends and relationships in the data 
 Use advanced analytics skills, knowledge of marketing channel treatments (events, webcasts, 
website, social, search, digital advertising, etc.) and exceptional analytical acumen to quantify and 
prioritize campaigns and content for specific audience segments, propose customized actions and 
changes, plan and execute experiments as well as create dashboards and reporting to measure 
business impact of associated actions 
 Establish reliable internal and industry benchmarks for key KPIs in all channels; Work with campaign 
teams to review and make recommendations for goal setting 
 Create logic/math needed to support decision management capabilities including development of 
models to gauge and predict campaign engagement, lead scoring and marketing attribution 

 Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited college/university in Business, 
Marketing, Analytics or a related field 
 Previous experience working with the Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target 
 Experience with Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch, Signal or other tag management systems. 
 Ability to write and manipulate Javascript, CSS and HTML 
 Has worked with development teams to create data layers on websites, and use tag management 
systems to get data from a website or app. 
 Proven ability to take data and turn it into actionable insights

 Must be self-motivated, responsive, and dedicated to stakeholder success 
 Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written 
 Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively 
 Proficient in Microsoft office tools – PPT, Excel and Visio 
 Project management and organization skills 
 Lead special projects, as needed
