Job Description

Position: Account Director

As the senior point of contact for an agency’s customers, the Account Director also co-ordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work.

Responsibilities

• Taking a lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies
• Develops specific, measurable client business objectives and frequently reports on progress
• Responsible for being the lead strategic marketing consultant to the client and is charged with the day-to-day management of the business of the account, including team collaboration, team harmony, big-picture strategic thinking, and financial performance.
• Establishes priorities for key agency projects
• Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client service
• Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
• Leader in new business initiatives with new and existing customers
• Working with other senior managers to generate new accounts
• Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
• Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically
• Leads the partnership with Project Management in the of the financials for clients including forecasts, budgets

Requirements
`
* 15+ years’ progressive experience within the health and wellness space
* Pharma Agency Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related degree
* Experience running multichannel and/or multi-agency teams
* HCP Launch experience is desired
* 5+ years of leadership experience, managing teams
* Strategic thinking. Collaborator
* Effective presentation skills and strong client facing skills
