Job Description

The Art Director will play a key role in the development, delivery, management and continuous improvement of advertising campaigns, marketing content, collateral, digital, and communications for both internal and external projects. Under direct guidance from the Creative Director your role will be to: drive execution of creative direction; create visually stunning collateral and digital presentations; incorporate multimedia and unique concepts into sales tools; improve conceptual representations; adhere to client graphic and brand standards, and undertake projects from conception to completion.

You’ll develop and articulate the brand visual language and create memorable, strategic communications and designs across all touch points.


  • Strategically implement a combination of conceptual and design skills.
  • Create original, persuasive and compelling work for campaigns, content, and experiences across multiple mediums, including web.
  • Ensure consistency across all consumer touch points while executing against the brand strategy.
  • Provide art direction, design and creative support across all departments.
  • Participate in strategic and conceptual brainstorms.
  • Participate in developing design and brand guidelines.


  • 3+ years of experience in an ad agency or in-house creative department.
  • A compelling portfolio of work – demonstrating a high quality of art direction and design.
  • A conceptual and strategic thinker.
  • Passionate about collaboration and one who takes constructive criticism with ease.
  • Someone who can work across multiple mediums and platforms.
  • A creative individual who is details oriented and thrives on organization.
  • A professional who can keep their cool under pressure.
