Job Description

Content and Office Coordinator, contract to hire role. Minimum of 2 years + experience in office management and project coordination.

Main Responsibilities, Office Mgr:

  • Lunch

  • Office shopping and office needs for Tinmen team

  • Code receipts and turn in to Kelly

  • Errands

  • Keeping supplies stocked and organized

    • Kitchen (cleaners, water, coffee, snacks, soda, etc)

    • Bathroom (soap, cleaners, paper towels, etc.)

    • Server Room (shipping supplies, binders, etc)

    • Office (markers, paper, pens, etc)

  • Daily cleanup

    • trash/recycling

    • bathroom tidy

    • wipe tables/counter tops

    • clear & stock fridge

Main Responsibilities, Content Coordinator:

  • OTT (always 1st priority):

    • Execute work for OTT

    • Update ProdCat

  • Post Production:

    • track project changes/needs

    • Create and track POD jpegs

    • Quarterly project tracking for OTT and Misc Post

  • Widen:

    • Implement tags

    • Input new data

    • Learn ins/outs of Widen
