Job Description

Exciting, innovation led business are looking for UX/UI designers with IoT & mobile app experience to join their growing team. If you are looking for a an opportunity to work on  industry-changing products & solutions through mobile apps and digital solutions for smart, connected Internet of things (IoT) based devices this could be the role for you? 

As an experienced designer your role will include prototyping and designing market-leading, mobile applications using flow diagrams, wire-frames, visual design mock ups and final designs for production. 
Your opinions in shaping the product experience will be essential to product success and you will have responsibility and autonomy from the outset. 

My ambitious client is looking for people with a similar desire to achieve to join them in an environment where you’ll be highly influential in improving the experience of smart vehicle ownership as well as navigation ,

Required skills and experience 
• Three years or more in designing (UI &UX) mobile applications, preferably for a consumer audience and including recent experience working across iOS & Android platforms 
• Sketch, InVision and Zeplin (or their equivalents) 
• From ideation through rapid prototyping and test, you can articulate your approach to getting the right results. 
• Developing overarching design strategies and using a user-centred approach to get to the right outcomes for customers. 
• Knowledge of agile practice and real world practical experience in an agile team, to help our journey to becoming a fully agile team happen smoothly. 
• Work well with autonomy, taking full ownership of your work including responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way. 
• Being a good communicator, able to clearly articulate the value of design decisions to your team and others in the organisation. 
• Comfortable stepping into a newly formed and growing team in a startup environment, where things move fast but process and structure is emerging.
