Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital & Social Media Lead with one of our favorite private Austin-based companies in the real estate space. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing all social media channels as well as coordinating digital programs and initiatives in this role. Your job will also include the development and content editing for execution of marketing and communications strategies, and also actively tracks results of those initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, draft, publish, and manage all social media content, including curating relevant imagery and video content for posts.
  • Serve as an advocate for the company on social media channels, including actively monitoring, listening, and promptly responding to user comments, messages, and reviews as appropriate.
  • Proactively develop data-driven content strategies based on past performance while implementing solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement a Social Media Matrix to manage content and plan targeted, timely social campaigns.
  • Maintain and provide recommendations for page design and layout of each social media channel, such as profile pictures, profile content, timeline covers, and more.
  • Provide recommendations for and actively measure against effective benchmarks for social media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Design, create and manage promotions for social media ad campaigns.
  • Coordinate content development for the website, including drafting, curating, and posting content as needed.
  • Research and develop content for use across multiple communication platforms including, but not limited to, magazine, blogs, President’s communications, marketing materials, and key messages.
  • Effectively utilize metadata, tagging, content categories, keywords, and other SEO strategies to increase the reach and impact of digital content.
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand voice while following content best practices for various marketing channels.
  • Actively monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
