Vitamin T has an EXCITING opportunity for a Digital Marketing Account Manager in Dallas, TX.

Only local candidates to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex will be considered for this role.

This is a 6 month temp/freelance assignment that will be 40 hours/week.  The work must be performed on-site.

Job Description

 

The Account Manager is responsible for building, developing and growing relationships with key affiliate and marketing partners from the prospect stage through existing account management. This individual will lead and manage small to medium sized high potential growth relationships and deliver creative initiatives that drive account growth.  Through identifying client’s goals/requirements, this individual will develop marketing programs that achieve client satisfaction, retention and reach targeted business results.  This position works closely with the Sr. Account Manager(s) and Account Operations Manager to deliver performance results.

This is a 6+ month contract position with a possibility of converting to an employee based on performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Provide strategic vision and solutions for client relationships and maintain our client's objectives.
  • Support the Sr. Account Manager to led affiliate initiatives across the organization and collaborate with internal departments to achieve account goals.
  • Manage affiliate accounts by assessing client needs, expectations and foster growth within assigned accounts.
  • Establish revenue expectations for affiliate partners while maintaining internal margin goals.
  • Project manage client requests through appropriate internal channels or management.
  • Effectively communicate our client's corporate strategy to clients and successfully integrate them with client’s specific operations.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations and Analyitics team to manage the account P&L from negotiating statements of work and retainers, making sure work is delivered on budget, and invoicing clients according to the proper terms, and increasing ROI for the partner.
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of daily client performance. 
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and upsell.
  • Uncover potential new clients and business opportunities.
  • Generate ways to attract new clients.
  • Participate in business development opportunities and foster current relationships by attending conferences, client meetings, etc.

  • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop relevant and realistic plans, programs and recommendations.
  • Aptitude to think strategically, create plans and in a client-centric environment.
  • Capacity to multi-task and prioritize based on impact.
  • Analytical and metric focused with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively and lead a cross-functional team.  
  • Technically savvy and able to adjust to new applications quickly.
  • Exhibit creativity, flexibility, adaptability and the drive to achieve results. 
  • Ability to conceptualize goals and objectives for clients and company.
  • Proven success of using digital media to grow, engage and activate targeted audiences.
  • Organizational agility with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively across the company. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment. 
  • Talent to manage through ambiguity to drive results.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Product: emphasis on Excel. 
  • Basic math skills required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 year’s experience in marketing, account management and digital media marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
