Vitamin T has partnered with a client looking for a confident, poised, self-motivated and creative professional with a passion for communications and a belief that good communication is vital to driving change.This division is looking for a Strategic Communications, Senior who can work closely with senior executives on internal communications strategies supporting their organizational visions and the overall vision, develop and implement external communication plans and tactics to support leaders in articulating their strategic vision and priorities and amplifying the brand and reputation as a mission-driven organization as well as being able to foster engagement, education and motivation among the team/employees. 


  • Produce engaging messaging to drive awareness of initiatives, and people. You will take a hands-on and independent approach to internal communications projects, providing insightful counsel and rolling out strategic and tactical plans, ensuring internal content is aligned with the positions, culture, and brand 
  • Create communications materials across various channels that engages employees and tells a cohesive story 
  • Ensure consistency of messages across all internal communication channels 
  • Connect employees to overall business strategies 
  • Help to drive vision and strategies for senior leaders, and craft applicable communications 
  • Partner closely with other strategic communication professionals to develop and support integrated internal and external executive communication strategies, plans and platforms, including development of key thought leadership and other messages to the industry 
  • Work directly with senior leaders to articulate and champion the vision, and work across the broader division to cascade the core narratives
  • Manage and supervise the production of internal executive events (e.g. leadership town halls and all-hands meetings), including speech writing, video scripts, internal keynotes, written communications, presentations and overall logistics ​


  • 6-8 years of related experience 
  • Proven work experience as a Communications strategist or manager 
  • Strong knowledge of traditional corporate, business and digital communications 
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills and a keen attention to detail 
  • College degree or equivalent work experience 
  • A sense of humor 
  • Ability to collaborate 
  • Flexibility 
  • Comfort level engaging with senior leaders 
  • Strong relationship and client management skills 
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, project management and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work across silos 
  • Deep curiosity to learn about new trends and topics
