They will support the UX/UI Design Manager who focuses heavily on UX and an understanding of research, so this role will skew more heavily towards the UI.

You are:

You will:

  • Work to publish new content for key product teams, consulting best web practices to make sure the experience you design delivers on those standards, and design experiences by leveraging new and old components

  • Launch content quickly by partnering with the design system team; launch content to test and reiterate on early and often

  • Work closely with developers to update content quickly, not focusing on high polish design until we have had a chance to test its performance

  • Create wireframes and build prototypes to illustrate concepts and work closely with developers to build out an interaction framework

  • Use the evolving digital system to design new and update existing sections of the website

  • Think systemically and help create a pain free and seamless experience for the user

  • Iterate quickly and provide options to external partners

  • Advocate for the importance of user centered design and consumer quality experiences on the team and within the greater organization

Your Professional Profile:

  • Passion to design excellent products for humans

  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital design

  • Extensive knowledge of user research

  • Experience working on a distributed team

  • Strong visual design skills:

    • Type, color, layout, hierarchy

    • Iconography and illustration
