Job Description

Our brand agency client is looking for a Project Coordinator who is all about getting those ducks in a row. Whether it is helping reposition an organization’s brand in a competitive market, engaging their employees to deliver on their brand’s promise, or reimagining the customer experience, this client strives to design meaningful and relevant brand experiences at every possible touchpoint. As the administrative backbone for their Delivery team, you keep things humming along. They rely on you to help ensure flawless project execution by keeping everything organized among some chaos and ambiguity. You are comfortable using our tools and systems to make that happen. Local San Jose area candidates only 

As a Program Coordinator, you support the delivery team in coordinating the work flow of creative projects. You will track and coordinate program budgets and schedules. Set up internal and external meetings, ensure team attendance, distribute relevant materials in preparation of meetings, take and distribute meeting notes. Ensure all support documentation is logged and distributed to the applicable program team, generate POs and support the accurate reporting of revenue recognition. 

You are a detailed, organized problem solver with strong interpersonal skills. You may not have the answer for everything, but you are proactive in finding information and can communicate with your team and clients effectively. You are eager to help where necessary and learn along the way. Beyond your core strength of managing details, your grace and good humor will take you far. You have a Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design or other related degrees) with a strong understanding of marketing services process. 


Must Haves: 

  • Bachelors Degree, a focus on marketing communication is a plus 
  • 1-2 years experience in marketing, advertising agency preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills (open, friendly and supportive attitude) 
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite of products 
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, problem solving and conflict management skills a must 
  • Ability to take direction, but must be thoughtful and proactive 
  • Proven written skills
