Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a UX Designer to design and develop, user-friendly, intuitive and empathetic experiences for the customer's of this high profile, global client. You will work as part of an onsite team defining the user experience across multiple web/tablet/mobile platforms. You should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. 

Responsibilities 

  • Understand product specifications and user psychology 
  • Help conduct usability testing and user research 
  • Collaborate with content manager, copywriter and data analyst to develop content across multiple digital channels 
  • Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success 
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes or designs around customer needs 
  • Find creative ways to solve UX problems 
  • Continue to develop the pattern library and UI 
  • Communicate design ideas to key stakeholders and the wider team, including the development team 
  • Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends 
  • Requirements 
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, Digital Designer, UI Designer or similar role 
  • Strong portfolio of design projects 
  • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture 
  • Proficient in design software 
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS 
  • Problem-solving aptitude 
  • Analytical mind with a business acumen 
  • Excellent communication skills
