Job Description

Our SF agency based client are looking for a Jr Graphic Designer to join their fun, creative team to create designs through their various clients voice. If you are in the beginning stages of your design career and want to gain a variety of experience with the below qualifications apply now!

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Have at least 1-2 years of experience servicing clients as part of an agency, a startup or

    equivalent experience servicing internal clients on the brand side.

  • An independent thinker, driven, energetic and enthusiastic. You are a team player who takes initiative.

  • Experience creating designs for collateral such as banners, brochures, wayfinding, wall murals and the like.

  • Can liaise efficiently with outside vendors for pre and post-production including vetting, cost- effective quoting, buying and proofing all work.

  • Extremely organized and willing to implement down to the smallest detail.

  • Are proud of and prepared to show examples of the work you’ve done.​

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong ability to use Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and PowerPoint.

  • You have experience with collateral design, event design and supporting experiential

    marketing projects.

  • Have an understanding of marketing fundamentals such as strategy, advertising basics and

    media terms, brand positioning and identity.

  • You can concept and design a variety of print, offline and digital components around an

    event/experiential idea.

  • You can concept and design per client's brand tone, voice and objectives.

  • You can work well within a creative team and with a creative director, making thoughtful

    revisions and edits to your work based on constructive feedback.

  • You can think in 3 dimensions, have a solid understanding of event design and space planning.

  • You fully understand the principles of print production and are interested in learning more

    about experiential marketing.

  • You can work on multiple projects concurrently, from concept to completion.

  • You pay attention to the details whether it’s spelling in your emails, pixel resolution across

    browsers on your latest interactive campaign or the rags on your copy layouts.
