Job Description

Our innovative CRM based client in Santa Clara are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to plan, develop, and implement messaging for promotion of product awareness, business plans and management communications. As the marketing communication partner, you will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to drive and formulate creative marketing presentations that engage our customers, partners, and employees. You will be a member of the Storytelling Studio that’s responsible for delivering innovative, human, simple and engaging presentations and videos If you have the below qualifications and are looking for a long assignment with great pay at an exciting company apply now!


  • At least 10 years experience as an executive marketing communications person working for CMO with successful outcomes

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in support of C-level executives

  • Experience in providing art direction, design development, and brand management with senior designers and/or agencies

  • Motivated self-starter who performs and works effectively under competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.

  • Ability to effectively manage high-pressure situations, and work in ambiguity to define a clear path.

  • Effective team player who can lead efforts across disciplines.

  • Excellent creative/visual skills including slide design with experience using presentation software.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred.


  • Work with the CMO and senior leaders to develop key narratives that elevate our company story, key priorities and thought leadership

  • Drive and create presentations for external events including our marquee event Knowledge, Annual Sales Meeting, EBCs, etc.

  • Drive the collection, synthesis and creation of content across the Leadership team and other teams across the company.

  • Synthesize complex content across multiple stakeholders to create simplified and engaging narrative and visuals.

  • Partner with corporate communications extended teams (employee communications, public relations, analyst relations, investor relations) and others to ensure message alignment in support of the company’s corporate strategy.

  • Develop creative strategies for communicating to key audiences while taking advantage of the CMO’s voice and the needs of different audiences.

  • Partner and manage creative agencies to deliver effective presentations on time.

  • Provide art direction and design development in alignment with our Brand

  • Serve as the trusted communications advisor and work in partnership with the CMO.

  • Plan the frequency of meetings and coordinate stakeholders across different areas of the business and the company for alignment.
