Job Description

Vitamin T is assisting an agency in their search for an Account Executive. This is an ongoing, long-term temp role with possibility to convert to full time. Candidates must have advertising or marketing agency experience. 

Overview of Role

This role is key to supporting the account team in driving projects, scope, and key

initiatives forward in our collective efforts to help create world famous brands. The

Account Executive role leads day-to-day management on

and off-premise dedicated projects, and may assist account team to manage larger

initiatives, partnering with teams across our organization. In addition, the AE creates and oversees timelines,

budgets, and estimates to keep the team on track. Total project ownership is critical to

success. Finally, the AE will learn our business from the ground floor with a clear-cut

career path and tremendous opportunity for individual growth.


Primary Responsibilities

 He/She is the day-to-day resource for clients on dedicated projects, ability to

manage several projects at the same time confidently and independently

 Supports account team on larger initiatives, ranging from social media to

commercial marketing program development

 Summarizes key actions from meetings and discussions and ensure the team

is aware of next steps and follows through

 Translates tactical information into strategic plans

 Develops and manages timelines

 Administers job numbers and updates accordingly in project management


 Develops creative briefs with a strategic approach and takes ownership of

appropriate projects

 Compiles and analyzes relevant competitive activity

 Helps create case studies and capabilities presentations

 Supports budget management

 Provides immediate impact on projects, delivering on time, under budget, and

exceeding expectations

 Demonstrates original thinking and brings ideas forward related to projects and


 Earns trust of agency and client partners

 Someone who is ambitious, tenacious and a self-starter

 Has strong knowledge of agency processes

 Exhibits poise and professionalism at all times

 Possesses a positive attitude with can-do mindset

 Collaborative team player who thinks “we over me”

 Strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented

 Comfortable juggling multiple projects with aggressive timelines

 Eager to learn and be a student of the creative process

 Clear oral & written communicator who can articulate points of view/thought

 Problem solver who is comfortable with some level of ambiguity
