Job Description

Our client is looking for a junior researcher for reviewing videos and identifying certain issues or highlights within the client's tool (the All-in-One User Experience Research Platform for the Data-Driven Enterprise) for 5-10 hours per week. S/he will be running studies that include video that records the participants and voice, talking out loud through different tasks. S/he will build and conduct online surveys and help solve user problems within the client's tool. Their worry-free Enterprise solution offers a quantitative and qualitative research platform to help UX/CX, Product Managers and Marketing professionals rapidly test usability and measure UX.

As a member of the Research Services team, you will be working with high profile clients to determine the appropriate research method to achieve their goals and deliver actionable insights. You will be responsible for running qualitative and quantitative research studies end to end: planning, designing, executing studies, analyzing data and presenting findings. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, consulting environment, managing multiple projects, while maintaining client relationships.

Depending on your years of experience and demonstrated capability, this position will be junior, mid or senior level. Open positions for all levels.



  • Advise clients on methods based on their research goals

  • Establish and manage client relationships along with cross functional teams

  • Plan, Design, and Conduct remote qualitative and quantitative user research studies

  • Draft screeners and advise clients on participant recruiting

  • Analyze findings and deliver actionable insights – wow the client – this will be your moment of truth


  • BA/BS or MA/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, Psychology or related fields

  • Proven knowledge and experience with a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis

  • Knowledge and experience with software applications, web applications, web sites, responsive sites & native mobile apps

  • Experience working with remote user testing tools

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Can work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability to ramp up quickly on new products and technologies
