Senior Creative Services Manager - 12 Month FTC
Salary - £60K-£70K (+Benefits)
Location - Central London
Start Date - January 2019 (Flexible)
Our client are one of the largest global communities specialising in online gaming, hosting some of the most popular online games in the world. Collectively, their brands have over 110 million registered customers, to whom they provide bespoke gaming experiences across online platforms, including iOS and Android applications.
Our client are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Creative Services Manager with a proven track record working within busy Design Studios, responsible for overseeing design teams and a studio with a large output. The chosen candidate will be reporting directly to the Associate Director of Creative Services, managing the day-to-day running of the Design Studio and Managers, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest quality, promoting collaboration between teams to enhance creativity and consistency across platforms.
You will be responsible for keeping up with incoming work, planning and managing resources within the studio to ensure timely and consistent delivery on all creative work across both small and large campaigns. A large part of the role will be working closely with Design Managers and the Traffic Manager, managing and planning studio workload, also offering a creative eye and support where needed. You will be the go-to person for queries within the studio, supporting team members across the board with your industry knowledge.
Skills & Experience
Our client are looking for an top individual with proven experience within a busy design studio, managing creative teams and overseeing workload/output. The chosen candidate must have extensive experience in design and resourcing for design teams, as well as management. Someone with excellent problem solving skills, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to be flexible whilst also working within an established process.
Other skills include:
- Extensive experience within the design/creative industry
- Experience working with strong brand guidelines
- Degree/equivalent in design
- Thorough understanding of digital production methods
- Knowledge of Adobe CC and Mac
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Excellent problem solving skills
