Our client, the research arm of an international automotive company, is looking for a Content Manager / Content Curation Expert who takes direction from Internal Communications Manager and working closely with a project manager to support/manage specific employee communications in the intranet, supporting digital signage and other activities, driving consistent company messaging. S/he will be have the opportunity to refresh/standardize all company policies and procedures and organize and present it in the Intranet in a certain way, depending on how the team designs the overall Intranet information architecture and define/carry out their internal voice. S/he will keep the site content up-to-date, helping carry through consistent content curation practices and page layouts with various teams. The team is looking to use an employee intranet platform (SaaS-based; easy-to-use widget style; no coding should be needed), using a combo of the features within the intranet and pointing to files in Google Drive, other company software, or elsewhere on the Intranet.
-4 years minimum of content curation experience (does not include internship)
-Well versed in high-tech environment (start-up & corp experience), strong attention to detail, tech-savvy, customer-oriented, organized, solid project management expertise, and strong team player
-Strongly proficient with G-suite applications
-Experience supporting onboarding/management of intranet SaaS platforms
-Agile, creative, customer-focused, strong design eye, tech savvy, team player
-Ability to build engaging digital media within fast-paced environment
-Help support internal company meetings and visual content
Nice to Have:
-Experience in producing and editing videos & visuals (photos) that are reflective of company culture, described as informal, casual, and authentic
