Do you have a passion for, and proven experience, leading design teams to create amazing digital products and user interfaces? Are you are obsessed with how good design can drive positive experiences?
If you answered "yes!" to both of those questions and you have a passion for sports, we have the job for you!

We are looking for a Product Design Manager who can combine expert level design skills, design thinking, and strategy to run the day to day operations of our design team and drive them to execute at the highest level possible. You are the embodiment of the design team and must uphold the values, culture, and systems of the team. You will contribute to the development of digital media and product strategies, drive the collaborative efforts of the Product, User Experience and Technology teams, and drive them to exceed expectations on all levels.

In order to be considered for this role you must have a visually inspiring portfolio showcasing your experience in Product, Digital, and Global Brand Design.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging user centered, cohesive, interactive experiences for applications, software, and web interfaces.
  • Advance the overall quality of design thinking, processes, and execution across the team, while fostering the User Centered Design process.
  • Proven leadership skills-- someone who can move a task forward while still taking the time to mentor a team of designers working cross platform.
  • Master the ability to prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term goals.
  • Intimate knowledge of how comps translate to code and the limitations of current internet technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with the user experience, research, and technology teams.
  • Highly refined interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
  • Polished presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels of both internal and external organizations.
  • Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely feedback to keep teams moving forward on schedule.
  • Work within an agile system and work with Product Managers to accurately run sprints.
  • Comprehensive awareness of design and technology trends and best practices. Constantly look to drive innovation while delivering user value.


  • 10+ years of digital design experience as well team management and leadership
  • Expereince working at a Digital Agency as well as In-House (brand side)
  • Expert in product and creative design (experience, interaction, visual) with an ability to mentor, guide, and delegate to other product and creative designers
  • Strong Portfolio showcasing digital product, mobile, and web design. Bonus for connective TV and OTT apps
  • Expert communicator, storyteller, craftsmen, leader, and design thinker
  • You are obsessed with how good design can drive positive experiences.
  • Advocate and expert of the user centered design process/product design processes.
  • Be confident but flexible in applying process to facilitate harmonious collaboration across disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of the capabilities of different platforms including mobile, tablet, web, and connected televisions/set-top boxes.
  • Have experience working within an agile system.
  • Posses the ability to manage time and resources effortlessly.
  • Have experience designing solutions for a wide variety of technologies.
