Vitamin T has partnered with a global agency looking to add a Marketing Project Manager to their Marketing Technology team. This is a full-time opportunity onsite in Detroit that requires minimal travel.
Here’s the job:
Serve as an internal champion for the thoughtful integration of technology (event, mobile, social, digital, and more) into everything we do – working closely with the Account, Strategy, Creative, and Analytics teams to deliver best-in-class work for our clients
Be both a team player and a subject matter expert, building strong relationships with internal staff and clients while staying on top of the latest trends and developments in Marketing Technology.
Use strong project management skills to ensure flawless execution of events on-site
Own the management of the Marketing Technology setup onsite and seamlessly integrate with other team members at the event
Build strong vendor partnerships and effectively manage them
Support and help lead the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Technology team through inventory management, team scheduling, and maintaining billing documentation
Take ownership of all reporting, and provide high-level analyses of our onsite processes and data collected, including program setup, scheduling, forecasting, invoicing and quality assurance
Provide technical support to remote users at GM events and activations
Troubleshoot technical issues by identifying, evaluating, prioritizing and resolving issues quickly and completely
What you'll have:
A passion for what we do
Bachelor’s Degree preferred and prior agency experience ideal
Minimum 4-6 years’ experience working with marketing technology, CRM or similar
Experience managing projects, programs and teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills; proven ability to outline processes and workflow
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills needed
Must be detail oriented and able to simultaneously manage projects independently
Willingness to support remote users with technology troubleshooting and able to support night or weekend requests (because our events aren’t just from 9-5)
Experience with data capture technology and lead generation. Experience in live events is a plus.
Skilled in Excel and comfortable working with PowerPoint and Word
