We are hiring a Paid Media Manager to lead planning, strategy, tactics and execution of customer acquisition through paid search methodologies including PPC/SEM, display and retargeting. This person will be expected to manage a team to deliver profitable and compliant growth within the channel.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and thought leader for paid search and paid social activities across platforms for the organization.
- Leads and ensures the ongoing development for the team responsible for delivering on key business outcomes (Revenue, Expense, Marketing Cost Per Install, Profit Per Install).
- Leads optimization of program through analytics, testing and measuring. Leads the planning of monthly and quarterly cross channel A/B and multivariate testing plan.
- Partners with Analytics, Sales, Field teams, and external partners to deliver on desired outcomes
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Analytics or related fields and/or experience
- Google AdWords and Analytics certifications required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BI tools expected.
- 7 years in Paid Search and digital marketing required, at least 3 of which with managerial experience.
