Our client is looking for a bright and driven Project Manager—a flawless executor, a structural mastermind, the kind of person who plots out itineraries and budgets in his or her spare time. This Project Manager will oversee a range of projects of varying complexity, and work closely with internal teams to manage the agency’s various needs. Our ideal candidate? Someone who’s a methodical planner, comfortable with media and social intelligence software, project management methodology, and fluent in good old-fashioned getting stuff done (aka scrappy).
This Project Manager will project manage creative project with the technology team and support new agency capabilities.
Work with Technology leads to develop strong strategic insights and proactive solutions (regional and global).
Work with Technology PMO to manage workflow, analytics, project tracking, timelines, budgeting; noting fiscally responsible for all allocated initiatives.
Proactive strategic thinker with experience in marketing, consumer product, research and project reporting functions.
Excellent oral communication as well as presentation and writing skills (both long-form and PowerPoint).
Ability to supervise and mentor associate level staff and increase overall team productivity/morale.
Manage stakeholder expectations with the ability to recognize critical issues and resolve them strategically and diplomatically.
Partner with other departments/vendors to provide ongoing added value to stakeholders through strategic recommendations, POV's and proposals.
Manage the full creative process from start to finish; specifically, project timing and expectations for all deliverables and conduct quality assurance.
Ensures all deliverables (internal, partners) are accurate, on time and routed through the appropriate departments for approvals.
Work with business operations leads to acquire ongoing knowledge of all teams and their capabilities.
Coordinate and lead creative review meetings (regional and global) as well as attend meetings.
Create follow up communications, meeting reports (within 24 hours) and maintain daily/weekly project status reports.
Develop and implement processes to increase effectiveness and efficiencies of the creative process.
4-5+ years of project management experience managing multi-phased, analytics projects, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
Understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans, develop specifications, perform resource allocations, manage project financials (budget, forecast, pacing and reporting) and run team communications
Ability to work across multiple projects and with multiple project owners at once
