Job Description

We're looking for an exceptionally awesome Manager of Display Media with at least 5 years of experience who can utilize their expertise in the Programmatic / RTB (Real Time Bidding) space to drive results for key clients. Our ideal candidate will excel at strategy, communication, innovation, and will have a passion for problem solving. Programmatic is a growth area for our agency this year, and the ideal individual will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our success. This assignment is 3 months, 20 hours/week potential to extend, with remote flexibility.

Job Duties:

  • Execute highly targeted, strategically sound Display plans

  • Optimize campaign performance across RTB platforms, striving to consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results for our clients

  • Develop client insights, reporting, and analysis to build and continually advance client strategies

  • Interpret and develop POVs from attribution modelling and 3rd party analytics data

  • Oversee and ensure effective deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions

  • Promote cutting edge Programmatic technology solutions and industry trends – both internally and to clients

  • Collaborate across internal teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum


  • 5+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in an RTB, Programmatic, or Display advertising role

  • Demonstrable knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, DSP platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies

  • Experience with The Trade Desk and DBM/DCM platforms

  • Thorough knowledge of how to activate 1st and 3rd Party audiences, data onboarding, etc.

  • A strong passion for problem solving and innovation

  • Strong aptitude for numerical detail and analysis

  • Advanced Excel skills are essential, and additional capabilities in tools like Tableau are a plus

  • Strong business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents

  • Demonstrate a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks

  • Strong interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing

  • Must love dogs (if working onsite)
