The Marketing Manager is responsible for a variety of creative and marketing responsibilities including branding, public relations, electronic communications, management of online marketing channels, social media, community outreach, business and community development. The Marketing Manager supports the Vice President of Marketing in the development and implementation of corporate direction, planning and strategy, and manages the marketing process to provide a full range of marketing services including lead generation, branding, advertising, website development, graphic design, multimedia development, PR, and various events.
This Marketing Manager will be in a key leadership role managing 3-5 employees.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assists the VP of Marketing and Business Development with the implementation of the Strategic Marketing
Plan to support attainment of the business plan for growth, profitability and service
Manages marketing processes and the marketing team
Takes initiative by assisting with the development of the annual marketing calendar in alignment with
business goals and overall strategic plan to identify promotions and product/service focus areas and map all
internal and external marketing channels
Identifies and recommends opportunities to increase awareness, drive traffic, create leads, improve delivery
channels, public relations and new products/services
Leads company community giving and volunteer programs including overseeing the
member/community events calendars, events and partner on-site activities.
Execute digital strategy based on existing insights/strategy for all channels and audiences to increase market
awareness and produce leads
Prepares and manages the Marketing budget and expenses
Improves marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
Writing and editing, execute website editorial strategy, content production, copy writing and all other
Provides information and thought leadership by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Ensures effective branded marketing communications including all channels
