Job Description

Director of Digital Marketing Technology​

We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing Technology to translate our digital marketing efforts into a cohesive strategy.The role is responsible for strategizing and managing how our strategic business groups and Corporate Marketing organizations evaluate, select, deploy, integrate and use technology to transform the customer experience and provide a competitive advantage. You will be the connective tissue between marketing, IT, the businesses and external vendors. The successful candidate is one who balances the strategy, technology and creative aspects of marketing.


  • * Define the overall marketing technology/digital strategy and transformation roadmap
    * Manage the integration and deployment of digital marketing tools in the attraction, acquisition, retention and renewal of customers 
    * Build and own the marketing infrastructure and technology including platform and vendor selection, in close partnership with IT
    * Build the business’ capability and marketing savvy in optimizing the use of marketing technology in developing and executing go-to-market campaigns; embed core capabilities across the business
    * Drive learning and adoption of new marketing technologies, tools, and processes to solve business challenges and increase ROMI;
    * Provide insights and analytics to help transform the customer experience.
    * Work with Commercial Excellence team to implement a lead generation process to generate, nurture and qualify leads, and drive revenue conversion
    * Manage our overall digital strategy and execution across owned web properties 

  • Requirements

  • * A Bachelor’s degree required, MBA from top-tier business school preferred
    * Experience working with Content Migration to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    * Fully at home in marketing and IT with either a background in digital marketing with strong experience and familiarity with marketing technologies, and/or a strong technology background with an understanding of and hands on experience across the marketing process
    * Demonstrated experience of having successfully built and implemented a marketing/digital technology capability in a B2B environment
    * Knowledgeable about the evolving ecosystem of marketing technologies and implications for the organization
    * Change leader who has comfort with ambiguity, can work across a broad group of stakeholders
    * Proven track record of delivering in complex organizations
    * Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
    * Familiarity with Google Analytics
    * Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
    * Strong analytical skills
