Aquent's Fortune500 client in Woonsocket, RI is looking for a Sr. Print Consultant for a 4 month assignment (40hrs 5 days, onsite) with strong potential to extend beyond. 


The Strategic Procurement Senior Print Consultant manages live print projects, vendors and costs associated with the execution of marketing campaigns. These projects are initiated via a variety of channels in the PBM business segments. The role is responsible for the creation of schedules, assignment of projects, tracking projects through the execution cycle, job prioritization and providing ongoing communications to business partners, Account Service teams and external vendors. The Print team consultant acts as a conduit between business partners and print vendors.


1. Strategic Procurement Senior Consultant, Print - Responsible for the creation of schedules, management and tracking of projects through the execution cycle. This position will require job prioritization and providing ongoing communications to business partners, Account Service teams and external vendors. Build end to end print specifications, engage appropriate vendor for estimating through to assignment of project. Manages and ensures adherence to all PHI and related compliance requirements when required. 2. Print Production Vendor Management – Manage Print Production vendors, obtain pricing, schedules and management of all template changes, QC metrics and compliance. In addition, the position will also develop and distribute reports and provide analysis to Strategic Procurement management team. 3. Best Practices and Industry Trends – Have ability to make recommendations on best practices and print specifications for execution of print materials for member communications campaigns.


Required: - Minimum of 5 years of Print & Mail Production experience required. - Prior project management experience. Preferred Qualifications: - MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project experience. - Knowledge of Creative Suite software a plus - PBM experience is a plus


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience required.​
