Main duties and responsibilities: Concept ideas for site, social and other digital projects.
Client is a pharmaceutical company and we are helping them create social programs for two drugs. For the first drug, we are creating a community based, socially driven program which will live within Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. It will be engaging and help rally patients who may need this drug.
For the second drug, we are to define and create a social program/platform which will exist primarily in Instagram. Our team will generate ideas and concepts.
Requirements for this specific project: We need one Sr. Art Director for each project. Both need to be able to concept ideas. They will be starting from scratch and working with a Copywriting partner. These people MUST be digitally proficient, and have a lot of campaign experience. Experience with digital campaign development and creating content are crucial. Experience with shooting film would help as well. We are NOT looking for animated banners nor very experienced Creative Directors.
Highly preferred if at least one of the two Sr. ADs really understands photoshop and illustrator and is a hands-on designer as well as conceptual.

•5+ years design experience, preferably in a digital agency
•Exceptional portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and strong understanding of branding
•Expert command of standard design and layout applications
•Proven creative problem solving skills
•Advanced understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns and mobile experiences
•Expert knowledge of, and the ability to lead, the production process
•Able to plan and execute shoots for video and still photography
•Solid knowledge of all steps required in the creative development process
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio
