Jr. Digital Account Manager
One of the fastest growing digital firms in the United States is looking for an energetic Digital Client Services Associate to join our US office in New York City.
In this exciting and fast moving role, you will be expected to proactively manage the updates and content maintenance for a portfolio of corporate and investor relations websites, apps, tools and feeds. You will manage live events for clients such as high profile earnings days, including the planning, scoping and execution of updates to websites and apps, as well as managing communications between the client and internal teams domestically and internationally.
This is a great entry level role, as it provides an opportunity for someone to really dig deep into the digital space and work with Project Managers, Strategy, QA, Analytics and other members of the digital team. You will be taking information from these team members and packaging them up for client delivery- whether this is through a call, meeting or e-mail.

The Client is at the heart of everything we do. Developing strong and proactive relationships with your clients as their key day-to-day contact via meetings and other means of communication is vital.
In addition, you will manage client website and app projects, and be focused in regards to ensuring on- time delivery, within budget and to a very high standard. Other responsibilities will include client
training on our CMS ( we can teach you this- Drupal and Sitecore), developing your knowledge of the IR industry, digital developments and your clients’ business areas and proactively advising clients on improvements to their websites.
* You will be managing between 20-30 clients. All clients will have an assigned Account Director.
