Boutique agency seeks Marketing Manager (Lead Generation) to develop a lead generation strategy - mostly targeting B2B clients to become clients of the agency. The Marketing Manager will develop multi channels - this can include social media, inbound marketing, events, setting up strategic meetings with prospective clients, etc. Although the Marketing Manager will handle some sales enablement (10-25%), they won't be expected to work the leads. Ideally, the Marketing Manager would have experience in building a lead generation strategy and can do both strategy and execution. The Marketing Manager should be incentivized by the option of uncapped earning potential, and be able to deliver a marketing strategy that will deliver qualified leads.

3+ years of Marketing experience; a minimum of 2 years' experience directly creating lead generation, specifically for an agency
Google Analytics and AdWords experience is required; Certification is recommended
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
