Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work with our client's Loyalty Marketing team to manage and monitor the workflow and process for all marketing projects. This position will be focused on assisting with the launch of a marketing project in July.  The Marketing Coordinator will ensure all projects adhere to brand strategy and positioning and meet all approvals and deadlines. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate the development, creation, production and distribution of all creative assets for the Loyalty program including email marketing; paid media; in-store materials; direct mail campaigns; training materials, social and website content. 
  • Partner and collaborate across functional teams to support the development of over 50+ assets 
  • Develop and manage timeline/schedule for launch 
  • Create job tickets and trafficking all requests 
  • Track progress of jobs on a day-to- day basis 
  • Creating link tables for all emails 
  • Review all proofs for accuracy and functionality 
  • Utilize online trafficking tool for review, comments and approval from internal teams 
  • Management of releasing final files to vendors 
  • Collaborate with external vendors to execute campaigns and initiatives to ensure timelines are met 
  • Meet regularly with Loyalty Manager and Director for status updates: 
  • Address any actual and potential issues and make changes as needed 
  • Gather information from Loyalty team for development of status report 
  • Management and distribution of Loyalty calendar 
  • Working with analysts in CRM and other internal teams to assist with pulling campaign results/reporting 
  • Support and partner across team for vendor funded loyalty test offers 
  • Website content management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Prefer 2-3 years of related experience in a similar position, retail experience preferred 
  • Creative forward thinker and problem solver 
  • Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities at a time 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized and flexible 
  • Strong inter-personal skills and decision-making capabilities 
  • Proficient in Power Point, Excel, and Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently
