Vitamin T is currently recruiting for a Director, Account Management to partner with the Creative Director in leading our client's in-house advertising and marketing agency to ensure the marketing and advertising needs of their internal customers are met. To achieve this, our client works with numerous external agencies and firms to produce all things creative, whether it be in print or digital. This position will take the reins to further implement billing procedures, set-up project management systems, prioritize projects and scopes of work, choose the best suppliers and be a sounding board and confidant, daily. This role is not for the faint at heart. The role takes responsibility for ensuring the creative work is completed on time and within budget. Not shy in ensuring the internal customers needs are met or to call-out if a project is running behind or over budget. Always ensures quotes and invoices are approved and budgets are adhered to.
Four (4) year degree in related field
Minimum of seven (7) years of account management or project management experience
Minimum of three (2) years of experience within an agency environment
Communicates and presents at a professional and educated level of English, verbally and written;
Required to travel 10% of the time (sometimes a little less, or a little more)
Certification in project management preferred
