Job Description

Our client are a fantastic integrated creative agency based in Central London who are part of one of the wider groups. They have recently secured some new accounts so are expanding the team to work with the new top brands! 

This particular role is for an inspiring, out-going individual, with a passion for ideas and integrated communications campaigns that make a positive difference to their clients' business and the wider world. Candidates must have previously commercial experience as a Senior Designer already, having worked with big brands and comfortable following through from the initial concept to the final design and implementation. 

This is a very conceptual position whilst also being fully hands on and portfolios must reflect this, showing that you can apply creative to strategic problems, from initial research/mood boards, sketches and through to final visual.

Candidates must be adaptable; the challenge but also the excitement of working in a media neutral agency is that you never know what will come next, across different deliverables, clients and sectors.

They have an easy going atmosphere without egos, they are not formal and embrace a start-up attitude. Whilst being open to ideas from anyone within the business, they strive to maintain a collaborative and supportive culture. 

 

Skills & Experience:

- Must have commercial experience at a Senior level.

- Worked with large/well-known brands.

- Polished hands on design skills.

- Excellent conceptual skills. 

- Adaptable mindset to work across multiple brands and projects.

- Proven track record of delivering both print and digital design (integrated campaigns specifically)

- Strong communication skills, written and verbal when communicating your concepts. 
 

The Senior Integrated Designer role requires a bright, articulate, creative, multi-skilled individual who can come up with campaign ideas and execute these brilliantly across a range of print and digital channels. 
You will be knowledgeable and passionate about all forms of design, campaigns and consumer engagement, working under the guidance of a Creative Director and/or Design Director to provide creative design solutions in response to a provided brief. 

 

Portfolio tips: the client would like to see case studies of design development in portfolios to show conceptual process, such as sketches, mood boards and multiple concepts.
