A Fortune 500 company in Seattle is searching for a Brand Manager. In this role, you will be leading Cross Functional Marketing and Category projects and brand management activities. Develops strategic assessments for products & programs and manages the business against operating plans and budgets to achieve financial and business objectives. 5 to 7 years total marketing and/or general business management experience. 3 years project leadership in a crossfunctional environment. Understanding of interdependencies between brand, retail operations and supply chain strongly preferred. MBA strongly preferred.
What does a typical work day entail? What are the daily tasks/responsibilities/deliverables?
This role would be leading a highly matrixed cross-functional team, attempting to craft a solution to a complex request by leadership to accelerate the launch of a new program. On a daily basis, this individual would be interfacing with manager across product, supply chain, retail operations, finance etc. Every day will be an adventure. Initial deliverable will be program rollout plan. Secondary deliverable will be to execute plan, and check and adjust as the business matures.
